Roberto has a Master’s in Law and a Doctorate in Community Law. His dissertation concerned audiovisual and media law. He is Italian and has been a researcher into Media Law at the European University Institute in Florence. He has also worked on the European Commission’s MEDIA programme. Before joining the Council of Europe, Roberto was for three years an adviser on juridical matters to the European Commission in Brussels. |
