In April 2000, he is appointed General Manager of the Moroccan Television channel 2M. He then becomes General Manager of the Moroccan Cinematographic Centre (CCM).

Considered as the father of Moroccan Cine-clubs, Nour Eddine Saïl is the founder of the National Federation of Moroccan Cine-clubs and of the African Film Festival of Khouribga. As a film critic, he contributed to the film chronicle of Maghreb Information and launched a magazine for film-lovers, Camera 3.  He has also hosted several radio and television programs on cinema.

As a screenwriter and producer, he signed the scripts of films by Mohamed Abderrahman Tazi: “Le grand voyage” (1981), “Badis” (1988) and “Lalla Hobbi” (1996). As an author, he wrote a novel “L’ombre du chroniqueur” (1989) in which the letter A is absent.
