University degrees BA In Special Education from Bethel college in Germany. BA In Sociology and Political Studies from Bir Zeit University in Palestine Completing a Master Degree at the American University in Beirut (AUB) in Middle Eastern Studies. Languages: Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Arabic, English, German and very good knowledge of French. Work Experience Present : Independent producer for a fiction film project in development entitled ‘ A Story of a Palestinian Gangster’ 2006-2007 : Producer at Median International, a production company based in Beirut that produces new reports, documentaries, feature films and TV programs. 2002-2006 : International News editor and producer at the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC) in Beirut. 2001-2002 : Main actress in the feature Film ‘DIVINE Intervention’, a Palestinian French co-production directed by Palestinian Film-maker Elia Suleiman. The film won the Jury prize and the prize of the international critics at Cannes Film Festival in 2002. 1997-2001 : Editor and Reporter at the German Press Agency offices in Cyprus. The wrk covered the Middle East Region. 1992-1996 : Reporter and producer in Jerusalem for the German TV (ARD) and the Middle East Broadcast center (MBC). |
