Sofia Hatam graduated in Management and Finance from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion and is preparing her Masters degree in Customer Relationship Management at the Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion in Settat, second business school in Morocco.

After a passing at the financial department of IVECO, Morocco, Sofia managed an Art Gallery.

In October 2007, she joined the MFD team as Administrative Assistant.
