Head of Acquisitions THE MATCH FACTORY (Germany)

Born in 1976, trained at German filmschool Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg, UCLA in Los Angeles and Magica/Emam in Rome in international producing, Tobias Pausinger worked in parallel as producer for shorts and commercials, as reader and acquisitions manager for several German producers and distributors.

In 2003/04, Tobias worked with world sales agent Bavaria Film International in acquisitions.

End of 2005 Tobias followed Michael Weber to The Match Factory, to become head of acquisitions.
